Dita will be testifying in court in defense of ex husband Marilyn Manson in a breach of contract lawsuit filed by former Manson keyboardist Stephen Bier. Bier claims that Manson used money from their former band partnership to buy personal goods, including gifts for Von Teese. Marilyn has also asked the help of friend Trent Reznor to testify in his defense. The trial is set for February 2nd.
